Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Shopify Pay, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH) 
Q: Can I modify my order after placement?
A: Contact us within 2 hours at service@kiralux.com. Custom pieces cannot be modified once production begins.

Q: How are items shipped?
A: All orders include:
Insured priority shipping (FedEx/DHL)
Discreet packaging
Tracking number with delivery alerts

Q: What's your return policy?
A: Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days. Earrings and engraved items are final sale due to hygiene regulations.
